Stall Boarding: $595/mo

• 12x12 stall with open access to 12x36 paddock

• Grained 2x per day (owner provides all feed/supplements)

• Top quality Bermuda hay provided and fed 2x daily (up to 5 flakes/14lbs per day)

• Stalls cleaned 1-2x daily and bedded (up to 3 bags per week)

• Waters cleaned regularly, checked daily

• Daily turnout in a shared pasture

• Fan & misting system for summer comfort

 

 Pasture Boarding: $275/mo

• Shared pasture with open access to shelter

• Grained 1x per day

• Horse quality mixed rounds provided as needed/Nov-April (no hay fee up to 1 round bale per month, per horse)

• Waters are cleaned regularly, checked daily

 

Private Pasture Boarding:  Starting at $395 (second horse adds $200)

• Grained 1x per day

• Hay provided year round, as needed (no hay fee up to 1 round bale per month, per horse)

• Waters are cleaned regularly, checked daily

• Pastured cleaned/dragged 1x per month

  

- Barn schedules regular vet, farrier, bodyworkers, chiropractors & dentists; boarders can be added to these appointments if desired, or use your own!

- 24/7 survelliance, owners live onsite. 

- Current vaccinations (or titers) within 1 year and an negative coggins within 6 months is required upon arrival.

- Horses must be dewormed or have a fecal count every spring and fall. (Included in full care board)
